What the texts are about

Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and other appointment-related notices (for example a schedule change). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

There are two ways a customer opts in to these text messages:

• An optional, unchecked checkbox on the online booking page, at the contact-info step. Leaving it unchecked does not stop you from booking.
• Verbal agreement over the phone, for customers whose appointment is booked for them by phone. This verbal consent is recorded.
