Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% fee, charged to the card on file.
Same-day cancellations, cancellations after your cleaner is already in transit, or lockouts (unable to access the home at arrival) are charged in full.
We understand emergencies happen. Documented emergencies or severe weather may qualify for a fee waiver at our discretion, just reach out and let us know.
Because Move-In/Move-Out appointments are scheduled around closing and moving dates, our standard cancellation windows apply, and the initial visit is always billed at full price regardless of recurring plan selection.
