The “from” prices are the starting point. Your price is calculated for your own home, and you'll see the exact total before you book.
Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out pricing is based on your home's square footage plus a small charge per bedroom and bathroom. Hourly cleaning is priced by the hour, per cleaner, with one cleaner assigned per booking.
Extras cost extra. Optional add-ons, such as interior windows or wall spot cleaning, are added at checkout for an extra charge each. Each service page lists the extras available for that service.
Weekly plans save 25%, biweekly 15%, and monthly 10% off the calculated subtotal.
On a recurring Deep Cleaning or Move-In / Move-Out plan, your first visit is charged at full price, and the discount begins on your next cleaning.
A card is required to book. For most services, your card is authorized before the appointment and charged in full after the cleaning is complete. For large jobs, a deposit may be required at booking.
